Google Photos introduced Zoom In-Out feature for Videos
The primary goal of Google Photos is to improve the user experience for photos and videos. Google Photos is working on various updates that will make use of the most recent computer vision and image processing technologies and techniques.
Pinch-to-zoom videos are a new zoom in/out feature in Google Photos.
Google has evolved the video features like slow-motion videos and applied filters to videos. However, there was no option for users to zoom in on the video that was playing. Users can now pinch and double-tap to zoom.
Using the pinch-to-zoom feature, users can view and trace specific areas of the video. Double tapping will zoom the video to a predefined value, and double tapping again will return it to the normal screen.

This feature is in the Beta stage, and only a small number of users have access to it right now.
